Steps Away From Being Tipped!

It's just uplifting seeing him visiting the store.

Some1 who'll tips us whenever the service up to his expectation. Or should I say standard. & it's not just a ringgit or 2. It's always 10 ringgit.

Knew that he's gonna tips generously again when he ordered 7 drinks to go. We tried to do our best. Fine steamed foam, perfect espresso shots & the firmly whisked choco powder.

He even asked 4 a change of small RM10 notes while waiting. Perhaps he sees what we were trying to offer him lattes to perfection.

But in the end, he left without any tips. Simply because we were short of a To-Go tray 4 his drinks. He had to carried them altogether inconveniently because of our tiny mistake.

Though he never expressed any dissatisfaction & left with gentle thanks, but I do felt bad. Like we failed something. Even the staff was steps away from transferring the trays wouldn't help.

It's not all because of the $ 4 our deeds. But barely an attitude to bring out a flawless service to a well deserved customer.
